Mobile Playback
With the free Fetch Mobi app you can enjoy entertainment at home or on the go, on up to three devices at the same time.
What you can watch
- Premium channels you are subscribed to
- Premium channel Catch-Up
- Movie Box movies
- TV Store shows
- Movie Store movies
- Recordings - when connected to the same network as your Fetch box
Pair up to 3 devices
- To pair, open the app on your device and select “Sign in”
- To find your Fetch ID, go to Menu > Settings > Mobile & Tablet on your Fetch box
- Enter your Fetch ID and PIN to connect to your Fetch account
Swapping out devices
- You may need to sign out on one device before adding another (max 3 at once)
- Sign out in Settings > Account on the device you want to disconnect. Or sign out all devices.
- Limit is 2 switch outs per month, and up to 10 per year
- A device only counts once you have watched content on it
What you can watch at the same time
It is possible to watch different types of content on your Fetch box and up to three devices at a time, but there are limits on the types of content you can watch concurrently. See Mobile App User Guide

Apple iOS:
iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, iPad mini, iPad Air, requires iOS 14.5 or later.
Android OS:
Phones and tablets require Android version 8 or later.
